Property Services: Busway Projects

Since 2006, GCI has placed staff within the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads busway planning team to manage property issues over a range of planning projects. This is a specialised area that requires a solid understanding of property and tenure issues, as well as the need to deal sensitively with stakeholders. GCI has significant experience in delivering clients certainty over property tenure, while working compassionately with communities and stakeholders.
